I have enjoyed being a part of this company and I am finally proud to tell people where I work.
Interacting with the different types of people each day.
It feels like people truly care about you as an individual not just as a number.
We get along well, we are there to support one another. If I or anyone needs help all we have to do is ask.
They listen when I have questions or concerns. They are genuinely interested in my work/life balance and want to make sure that we are taking care of ourselves.
That we are encouraged to celebrate with the teams we work with, call them out for doing something good. the focus is on the positive and not the negative.
I think they need to take cost of living increases into consideration when it's time to increase our pay, as well as the cost of living in the area the coach lives in.
There is no shame in asking for help or in admitting that something may not be your strongest area, we all share ideas so that we can be the best we can be.
That we have the opportunity to earn it. It helps to hold us accountable for what we are supposed to be doing on a daily basis with the Managers and Team Leaders that we work with.
When I am helping others, and when you see them have that ah-ha moment and the lightbulb goes off and you know they have just learned something new or that they have a better understanding of it. Seeing others succeed and achieve their goals.
