The company has come through various stages since I've started employment. I love the way the company has grown and the new direction its headed. I think there's been a tremendous personal growth within new leadership which can continue to guide the group forward for years to come.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Market level value is a bit higher for this position. Christmas bonuses given but no metrics behind it or ability to reach more bonuses through performance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think it's the way everyone is continually invested in each other. There's a lot of friends which become family through several departments and facilities throughout the company. Our leaders & RDs such as Donna and Adam are fantastic and invest in humans not just the business.
What makes you most happy at work?
Diversity of work that I have to do in order to complete my job. There's many facets of my position which I get to utilize some different things I am really intrigued and passionate about mixed with others I'm good at but don't carry as much passion.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a very open community with a fantastic rapport. There's always a lot of people around the company who are willing to engage you and bright your day through various ways. Everyone has your back and is invested in the company and believes in what we do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've seen a turnaround in values shown by leadership sine COVID. This helped to re-energize the company from the top down. There's been a lot of change over the past few years getting the team right and I believe it's starting to pay off. I feel the vision is starting to realaign.
