It was not where I thought I would take my "career". I started as a part time stylist while in college because it was my back up plan. After seeing how much the company offers and how consistent we are from state to state (I moved and worked in 4 different states), this is an amazing company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation Pay, Expense Reimbursements and also the bonus structure that helps me strive to be better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we are in charge of how we perceive each day. It is our duty to make sure we drive a positive culture, so every day is fun fun FUN!
What makes you most happy at work?
My co workers and seeing others grow FOR SURE! Also speaking in front of others and making people laugh. I want people to know that it doesn't have to be serious 24/7
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am constantly learning knew things and being pushed out of my comfort zone. Not only do they care about me and my growth in the company, but also my outside life too!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The day I met them we were friends. Like seriously best friends. Being more remote sometimes that is really important to me, so with more Zoom this has been better for me to see them !
