Employees are unmotivated due to pay and lack of staff.

There needs to be more staff, less clients taken per day, better pay during a pandemic.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We should be paid more hourly and have higher commission. We do a lot of work for little reward.
