My clients are everything to me . I want to be there for the customer and want them to feel like they are receiving quality and happy!!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have all accepted our situation with poor management and try to focus on our clients ! Personally I love seeing my clients names pop up on the online check in and having a 1 hour to 300 min wait time!! Makes me feel wanted and appreciated! Leaves little time for drama to begin

My area manger has taught me a lot but unfortunately I don’t see my manger as somone I can learn or be lead from amd that’s how the rest of the team feels but I what I can to fill in the learning gaps and we work as a team to make the best of our poor management is what balances the situat
