Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Maybe getting better management to run the stores. I am a single mother and my manager likes to play favorites and I can't even work the shifts that I'm supposed to. I am a good worker and sell product like crazy. I do my job really good and it just saddens me that it is not appreciated.
