What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Keep restructuring the company and doing layoffs
Make sure to pay people fairly.
Behind times and making the wrong tool changes
Issues can't be resolved through the location HR and you can't get hold of corporate. as they transfer you to a non working number.

The company is downsizing and there has been talk of the company closing for good. Many of us loyal employees are trying to hang on and ride the storm out and hope for the best, although it's not looking to good.
