Team Reviews

Communication skills, and leave cell phones out of the work areas.

they are always asleep and they drink from the stanleys.

more interaction between field teams and design teams, realistic goals

Listen to what is shared. But to be fair it's not their fault, they are hamstrung by management's profit driven focus.

More personal caring.. and more concern about work life balance for all.

Review from Operations Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Fairness and consistency in rules

Full commitment to diverse representation at all levels, inclusive thought partnership, empathetic leadership, cohesive change management, and patience to allow change adoption to root vs. chasing the next consultant shiny buzz word

Have a responsive HR team who has transparency to the employees issues especially payrole

Review from Operations Dept

Top down needs to prioritize employees and quality, instead of profits and stock holders

Actually care about their people. It's obvious they don't by all the decisions they make. Even the corona virus response is more about profit than it is about keeping their people safe.

Review from Engineering Dept

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

less questions & more info on the company

they should probably stop making people run around and track whoes fastest.

It was they didn't know how. Rubber stamp questions form the internet and multi people some not even in the same dept interviewing, complete with conflict of interests.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Keep restructuring the company and doing layoffs

Make sure to pay people fairly.

Behind times and making the wrong tool changes

Issues can't be resolved through the location HR and you can't get hold of corporate. as they transfer you to a non working number.

Review from Operations Dept

Middle-to-senior level management team. micromanaged the business.

Review from Finance Dept
