Staples Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Overall I feel it is very strong.

I like the insurance package

I feel the as a ASM we should be paid more due to the responsibilities that we are required to do.

Review from Operations Dept

Contract role. So I can save on taxes

The pay is good, but you literally pay for it

All i need is dental

I am not satisfied. If you take all the hours divided into your salary you are making no more than the loader

Review from Operations Dept

I was a part-time worker, so I was not eligible for any sort of compensation or benefits, so asking me about this kind of question is not necessary.

Dental compensation and health overall are very attractive

The pay was fair and reasonable, but it's not worth what you go through day to day in the corporate offices.

I guess it's pretty good

At part I still get some from a benefits

High for retail overall compared with other companies

Executives well paid but no one else. No work life balance.

Decent pay and amazing benefits.

Review from Sales Dept

base salary plus stock options

Review from Sales Dept

The rewards I think are what is best in my package.

Review from Operations Dept

No option at this point.

Review from Sales Dept

The days off, we receive atleast 1 week

Review from Marketing Dept

they help their own and make sure we are well taken care of and protected

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I've been with the company for over 25 years and I still don't make the max for my position

Want one person to do the job of 5 people while being paid barely above minimum wage

10 topped off pallets to be done each week by associate ridiculous

Too many expectations compared to the salary

Give Merit raises based on performance, not personal opinion

Higher pay, a livable wage and managers appreciating the hard work.

Overworked and too much work

We get paid less the McDonald’s employees and do more work. We just get less grea

START the pay grade at 20. MOVE the pay grade UP every 6-months...not bt the dime that Staples is known for, but by ANOTHER DOLLAR.

Do better. You all should be ashamed of yourselves with how you’re running this company. Focus on employee retention. Treat your employees well and your business will thriv

Que quiten a la gerente del área de Deliver

Management is self absorbed and does not care about employees or customers. Only their own pockets.

about 30% below companies in area

Could be more with perks for work from home teams

pay enough to beat the inflation

Copy center and techs need to be paid more. Managers steal all the glory for themselves. Employees are hardly ever encouraged. I no longer need compensation due to the fact that I just got a job that pays 3 times as much doing the same thing for a different company.

I am in a full time supervisor position but still am not quite making a living wage.

I mean considering how short staffed the entire world is AND how awful my managers/supervisers are, I believe that everyone in copy center deserves a raise. MORE than a dollar difference. The copy center superviser sometimes works 10 days a week. We deal with mean customers, and have no help!

Review from Marketing Dept

There is not anything they could do at this point.

Staples treats its employees like garbage period.
