My manager is a good person and keeps a level head, he is the only reason that, after having a stapler literally thrown at me by a customer, I continued to show up every day and try my best, it wasn't for Staples or some corporate mission, it was for him.
They work together and they "walk the talk". They are the role models for the company
They are all friendly and help when needed
I feel more appreciation should be shown for the drivers as we are the ones with contact with the customers
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall I feel it is very strong.
I like the insurance package
I feel the as a ASM we should be paid more due to the responsibilities that we are required to do.

Most people work hard, provide great customer service and want to do the right thing. For the long-tenured employees it's like a family

I loved working with the majority of our team. Some of them really wanted to make a difference in their jobs and that of customer experiences. I could always count on the vast majority of them if I asked them for help.

The lighting in the building, the air/heat in the building, game room, and the staples store
