What are some of the best things about your team?

They are smart, collaborative, supportive, encouraging and so much fun to work with.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are servant leaders and really care about the company's mission. When you see the leadership team putting in so much effort, it really makes me want to do better.

What makes you most happy at work?

Building something from the ground up and having an executive team that supports my ideas. I have the freedom to experiment with the process and projects I build out, and there is nothing better than that!

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was fast and effective, and I was able to meet the key people that I would be working closest with. There were thoughtful questions asked and the interviewers really took the time to learn about me.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people team really does a great job of listening to the employees and building programs to support us. The Stride team is also one of the best parts of the culture. I love the people I work with!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
