They are servant leaders and really care about the company's mission. When you see the leadership team putting in so much effort, it really makes me want to do better.

Open communication, focused on mission.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

I strongly suggest they learn how to delegate decision making and to trust their employees. Too much ego. Not enough empathy & authenticity.
