They are servant leaders and really care about the company's mission. When you see the leadership team putting in so much effort, it really makes me want to do better.
Open communication, focused on mission.
I strongly suggest they learn how to delegate decision making and to trust their employees. Too much ego. Not enough empathy & authenticity.
National Pay model with all salary bands mapping back to San Francisco bands, Equity, 100% of benefits paid, Flexible PTO, Quarterly mental wellness days, 2 off-site retreats per year, remote-first company, 2 weeks of company-wide end-of-year refresh time, and more!
Health benefits are very good. Flexible time off.
Compared to what I've been offered from other startups, Stride Health is about 20% below the market.
They are smart, collaborative, supportive, encouraging and so much fun to work with.
Talented team, all are mission oriented.
Following leadership's tone, coworkers attack each other's work and nitpick, rather than encourage one another. Disrespectful communication.
The people team really does a great job of listening to the employees and building programs to support us. The Stride team is also one of the best parts of the culture. I love the people I work with!
Team effort. Clear plan. Effort to delivery best work.
Far less cracking of the whip. Trust in employees. Give them space and actual ownership. Avoid talking down. Avoid aggressive language.
They did a great job @ assessing people from a cultural perspective.
It was fast and effective, and I was able to meet the key people that I would be working closest with. There were thoughtful questions asked and the interviewers really took the time to learn about me.
The interview process was clear. People were helpful. It was also challenging.

Building something from the ground up and having an executive team that supports my ideas. I have the freedom to experiment with the process and projects I build out, and there is nothing better than that!
The people. Plus the office docs. Hearing feedback from our customers and knowing we're making a difference in their lives.
Dysfunctional culture is holding them back. The org needs to move quickly and iterate, rather than cave to strong personalities internally.
The company culture, and the people that we have here.
People and the mission. The feedback from our customers make it worth it.
I think things can be a bit more structured, but at the same time, I enjoy the lack of structure.
Keeping growing to support more customers
