What do you like best about your company? The company culture, and the people that we have here.
What did you like most about the interview process? They did a great job @ assessing people from a cultural perspective.
What did you like most about the interview process? It was fast and effective, and I was able to meet the key people that I would be working closest with. There were thoughtful questions asked and the interviewers really took the time to learn about me.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?I think things can be a bit more structured, but at the same time, I enjoy the lack of structure.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?Keeping growing to support more customers
What does the leadership team need to get better at?I strongly suggest they learn how to delegate decision making and to trust their employees. Too much ego. Not enough empathy & authenticity.
Today, 60 million Americans work independently, and that trend is only accelerating. But benefits are tightly coupled with full-time, W2-based jobs. As a result, the millions of Americans who work independently are excluded from that financial safety net. Stride is the world’s first benefits platform built specifically for contractors, part-timers, and the self-employed. We provide them all the same benefits you’d expect from a W2 job, like insurance, tax support, and discounts on products and services. In fact, since launching in 2014, Stride has helped more than 3 million Americans save more than $3 billion. We’re partnered with the top employers of non-benefited workers, including DoorDash, Uber, Postmates, MasterCard, Amazon, Aon, and Willis Towers Watson. We’re backed with over $96 million in capital by Venrock, New Enterprise Associates, Fidelity’s F-Prime Capital Partners, King River Capital, Mastercard, and Allstate.
Stride Health was founded in 2014 and its current CEO is Noah Lang. Since its inception 12 years ago, Stride Health has grown to 111 employees.
We’re on a mission to create “Portable Benefits” that meet the needs of millions of Americans who are self-employed, independent contractors, or chasing their dreams without a safety net—by making it incredibly easy to get their own benefits.
Our vision is of a world where everyone has a financial safety net regardless of their employment.
