What makes you most happy at work?
Building something from the ground up and having an executive team that supports my ideas. I have the freedom to experiment with the process and projects I build out, and there is nothing better than that!
The people. Plus the office docs. Hearing feedback from our customers and knowing we're making a difference in their lives.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Dysfunctional culture is holding them back. The org needs to move quickly and iterate, rather than cave to strong personalities internally.
What do you like best about your company?
The company culture, and the people that we have here.
People and the mission. The feedback from our customers make it worth it.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I think things can be a bit more structured, but at the same time, I enjoy the lack of structure.
