Everything the management is abysmal.

Communication and technology at company are sub par at best compared to other banks. Goals ranked on branch client experience when you work with people that done know the definition of customer service means u will never g t incitive pay

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been in the same position for two years with no chance at advancement and it's awful once my 401k is vested i will most likely leave the company

Pace of change is so fast that communication models cannot keep up and send clear messages.
