They treat everyone the same. They trust and notice the things we can do.

Technically we were not interviewed by SuperStaff because the company I worked with was acquired.

What I like the most is they constructively provide feedback and give room for improvement. They also trust my judgement whenever needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Whenever we meet in person, it feels like we work side by side in an office. There is no awkwardness, no one is left behind, and everyone is involved.
