What did you like most about the interview process?

I get to review resume and initial interview so I can ask necessary questions to candidates. you are not bound to a routinary Interview questions.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They have a clear direction for the company and effectively communicate that to everyone. Instead of micromanaging, they trust their teams to execute and provide the necessary support and resources to do so. This creates a strong sense of ownership and accountability, which I find motivating.
