What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is great - super knowledgable and easy to work with. I learn from them and with them and there's a lot of good collaboration which I love!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
While we still have work to do, I really do appreciate the commitments to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) at Momentive. That and my team keep me at the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation can be an issue at Momentive. Example: ahead of the pandemic I had compensation conversations where benefits like free lunch were considered compensation. After Covid, they became in office perks and no longer considered compensation. The perks are still good, but now feel unstable.
