We care about each other and we can have a good debate when we disagree and then form circles to get stuff done afterwards.

Good management, good customer-facing brand, and most of all we really take our customer's privacy and security to heart in the products we ship.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We pay at the median and while that's good fiscal prudence, I hope that we can grow the company further over the next couple years so that we could consider increasing our compensation.
