Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a loyal employee who has worked in several areas of the business over 6+ years, I recognize that my promotional raises have been based on my previous salary at Momentive, and not on my market value for the new role. It's frustrating that to be paid fairly, I will need to leave Momentive.
