The people make me most happy at work! They're the reason why I am here, they're the reason why I stay, and they're the reason I don't intend on leaving anytime soon. People make the days feel lighter, the conversations more exciting, and the growth opportunities feel endless!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Hands down, the best part of my compensation package is the RRSP / retirement savings matching program. I've been able to save almost twice as much as I would have on my own, with the generous contributions that the company makes to my future in return for my tenure.
