I don't feel like I'm making progression in my career at Momentive. I actually feel like it's been a step backwards in terms of the opportunities I have, challenges I can take on and access to leadership compared to my previous company.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Very personable and caring people

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

It's an America first company. International teams don't get much focus.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

It's less about the general employee population and more about individuals I see promoted into new roles for the sake of internal progression rather than being a top performer.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I haven't had a salary increase or equity refresh beyond very small and not very meaningful tokens. I'm almost completely vested in my equity so nothing holding me at Momentive.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

All of the executive leadership team are in the US so I feel disconnected from them. It would be nice to have some international representation in that group. It's similar in my own team and again I feel disconnected from leadership who are many timezones away.
