I love how Zander and the leadership team care about each of us as people. They go above and beyond to make this a good place to work, not just a means to generate revenue.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very positive and uplifting culture. We value feedback, but also place a huge emphasis on collaboration and respectful problem solving. Everyone here is SO nice all of the time -- a huge departure from highly competitive and toxic environments at other companies.
