The leadership team is very approachable to anyone in the org.

I find the work that I do to be recharging and very rewarding.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

This past year, leadership really worked to make work life balance for everyone and to address mental health.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Annual salaries are not that competitive. Merit increases are minimal and even promotions don't increase pay by that much.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They're diverse in ethnicity, points of view, and in that they all work in different parts of the organization. It's a very collaborative work environment—people do not hold their cards tight
