So far it has been the best company I've worked for throughout my career, though no one is perfect. Still, I'm consistently fairly impressed with the degree of effort shown to improve the company and how employees are considered, and it gives me more hope for a long and fruitful career here

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They really show that they're always trying to listen better and do more for employees (and customers) - it feels very inclusive and caring about everyone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that our compensation is lower than similar roles at similar companies. I literally took a pay cut to work here initially, and the wages seem to consistently remain a bit behind compared to the rest of the tech industry.
