Approachable, super-smart, knowledgeable, funny, collaborative, kind, generous with their time.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The respect and positivity that people seem to show each other an the work that they are doing. The investment and commitment to DEI is also very encouraging.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Even though it has the smallest monetary value, the monthly contribution towards gym/wellness speaks volumes to me. From a financial contribution perspective, the inclusion of family members in health benefits is always a huge help.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

There seems to be a culture of transparency and feedback, coupled with a hunger to get the job done. There is also investment and commitment to DEI, which is reflected in the leadership team.
