So far it has been great, I got great support when starting from my home office and the company seems really invested in work life balance and their workers well being, it's not just lip service.

They are very open with the company and clear on our future roadmap.

Stock, by having stock I am invested more in doing my job above and beyond, in the hope that doing so can move the stock price up and in turn grow my own net worth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's hard to say as I have never met a co-worker in person yet due to the pandemic, so I have been limited to the people my role interacts with, but they have all been open and really easy to work with.
