Extremely personable and willing to help out with onboarding.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hard to quantify culture when we're all working from home but I do like how friendly everyone is.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This company has a very strong interest in the safety and mental health of it's employees and I think that's great.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The stock compensation as it also motivates me to make this company grow. (Though the world could do without as much greed... double-edged sword I guess)
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning something new and growing my knowledge and skills. Growing professionally is something that benefits both myself and the company which ultimately leads to the success of both.
