Early in my career I was fortunate enough to find an amazing company. Since then I have had some good career moves, but nothing came close to the same culture, challenge, and feeling I got from that initial experience. I have now found it an more at Momentive. Couldn't be happier.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Supportive and the celebration of each other's accomplishments. Egos are still there, but they are healthy and serve a collective organizational ego #wearemomentive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachable, willing to help and provide feedback and guidance in a supportive way, clear direction and providing the context behind decisions that allows you to feel a part of the greater mission.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interesting work and challenges. Working on important initiatives that are directly tied to where we want the organization and the products to go. Working with really talented co-workers who make the whole effort fun.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
RSUs, ESPP, RRSP Match are all, in my view, the best part of the compensation pack. Although there are many other smaller perks like health, bonusly, etc. that make the whole package very competitive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Consistent culture of can-do, supportive, and bring laughter and enjoyment to the work. It is very rare to get someone on an off day and I think that says a ton about what it is like at Momentive.
