I love this company but am disappointed in my current role.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are resilient and adaptive

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are creative and energetic. seem to care about culture

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Not so much the culture, I love the culture. The work flow is incredibly slow.

What makes you most happy at work?

When I have things to do, deadlines, a full schedule, the opportunity to think on my feet

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

feedback isn't taken seriously because I'm in a lower role. Struggling for the past 8months to pay my bills with a 45K salary, having to pick up an extra job. Manager is a wonderful person but no real feedback about my work.
