I'm happy knowing I have a supportive team and leadership that trust my decision making skills.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that we are encouraged to ask both peers and leadership questions and learn from our mistakes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel our compensation is fair however I worry taking PTO b/c our commission is not compensated in any shape or form.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that we are encouraged to take care of ourselves both physically and mentally. I will also say Momentive's constant pursuit for growth in both diversity and inclusion is encouraging.
