Working with my team and my leadership. There is so much optimism and ambition about the future of the company, and with each passing quarter that vision of the future becomes clearer and clearer

Again the culture of transparency and speaking plainly. People value finding solutions together and while there are a lot of processes and structures in place, we are encouraged to speak up and voice ideas whether or not it's "in your lane"
