Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although the benefits (i.e., vacation, insurance, costs covered by employer etc.) are superb, the compensation employees receive doesn't match the day-to-day expectations & workload for the job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company always strives (or at least appears to) better itself from a culture and environment perspective. Being fluid and open to changing how it operates and functions based upon changing flows of information about workplaces.
