They are approachable and easy to work with. They publish a weekly email letting the rest of us know what is top of mind for them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They are clearly based on what is important to the employees. When we had to work at home, we all received a stipend to help set up our office. They also made it possible if you couldn't work at home, when possible, a couple of folks could work at the office. They always survey how we are doing.
