Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would enjoy having a HSA. Also, I manage folks who make more than me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think empathy is most positive about Momentive's culture. Their response to the pandemic has been top notch.
