Everyone is super friendly and open. I have never met anyone who doesnt seem to be a culture fit at Momentive

Everyone is always willing to help out if they have the capacity to do so. It really feels like we are all working towards one goal
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think overall the benefits are great but what has really stood out for me is the work from home support I have received since I joined the company 2+ years ago.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are realistic but also have goals which push us enough. They are also very open and share the right info at the right time. I never feel like I am out of the loop.
