My best experience is always having the 1:1 meeting with my manager once a week. I can hone in on my craft, get feedback and implement what needs to be done to be better at it.

The best part about my compensation package is that there isn't a cap to how much I can earn.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very collaborative, everyone wants to help and see each other win. We meet up outside of team meeting times to check in and offer help and guidance when needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say our inclusion is the most positive about our culture. Our numbers are a lot better than other companies when it comes to hiring practices, promoting and championing women and people of color.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work remote and have my life and work intertwined in a healthy way. My coworkers who are willing to assist me in any aspect of life, doesn't have to be work related.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team is transparent about what happens at the top on a consistent basis. Our leadership is also willing to get in the trenches to help us with our day to day work. They're invested in my success.
