Salaries don't match cost of living and company refuses to address that.
We've brought in some new top talent that will help us move forward.
Compensation is generally good but globally very unequal. International offices get second rate comp.
In SurveyMonkey people show up late and leave early. Trying to interact with HQ from an international office is a terrible experience.
We keep saying we're customer centric but act very differently. We don't invest in the growth of our employees... A very slim L&D team that's focused on performance Mgmt and corporate training rather than transferable career long skills.
Our product is ok but we have nothing that makes us unique. We don't have a good product roadmap that builds on top of our existing platform but brings us in New directions. Lots of small disperat products.
