The equity offering is quite a lot, especially since we are doing well.

it took forever, and that was great for me because I didn't want to start during the summer.

I love the team members I work with. I love that we are creating something new within our organization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is smart, but doesn't take themselves too seriously. I think this comes from the company having a culture of work/life balance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Trust the Team and You are accountable held in balance. It means that the team assumes I'm doing my best work, but I am accountable to meet their expectations.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is incredibly transparent. Everyone in the company is clear about where they company and what our role in that is. I love that twice per month, we can ask any questions we want of our executive team. Some people have asked awkward questions, and they get answered!
