Ive heaed of men in the same role making more comp. i also know Momentive tyoically underpays for market vakue.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like feelin a part if the process and that they are always open to feedback. I like that they treat us with trust and respect. They are as transparent with us as possible and they are just really good humans.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team dynamics and exciting and positive and infectious! We all want each other to win but we also want to beat each other. We strive for the best and push really hard. We celebrate wins and learn from losses. We care about each other as humans.
