Pay us way more we're undervalued and definitely not paid enough for the amount of work we have to do
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we are lowballed and there is very little room to negotiate pay. The salary is not competitive and after taxes and saving for your future you're left with a near minimum wage job. Ridiculous.
