Overall I have a great experience and am more interested than excited when it comes to our next steps as a business. We are hitting key inflection points and I am not confident we are set up for success. It seems many leaders preach growth but we lack a growth mindset and true vision.

This has been the best overall experience for me. The culture of the company is focused on engagement and empowerment and I feel respected in my role. We have people who are so passionate about their work and it's always fun and exciting to learn about all we do.

They are always engaged and they are leaders in living our core values. They also listen and appreciate feedback from all levels, and it shows in the fact that we continue to enhance our brand and culture through addressing the ideas brought forward by all of our people.

They take the time to know their employees and have navigated the firms growth well.

The way it is explained and that we look at it from the perspective of Total Rewards. This helps me understand how much more I am earning beyond just my salary.

Our employee ownership culture is evident in the fact that people are always eager to step up and support and take on more tasks.

The technical knowledge of the staff is second to none. The OneSWCA mantra is amazing. Everyone seems willing to jump in and help.

We have 4 simple core values and because they are simple it becomes very much part of everything we do. People are genuine about our core values and it really connects everything in a positive way.

The willingness to jump in and help out on any given task.

It is obvious that the company cares about the environment and the people that work to improve it
