They are always present when you need them
I really appreciate the executive team's openness and approachability.
They are transparent with the company about financials and policies.
They're very accessible for this size of a company. They also listen and share their own opinions with all levels of staff.
Our leadership teams always ensure that every voice is heard
Communication of expectations with employees
1) Not voting to terminate employees with 30 years of tenure during chemotherapy; 2) Stop promoting AI without extra training about its dangers, and drawbacks.
Consolidate and pay us more money
There has recently been a shift in the company culture to focus more on "the numbers" and less on retaining our technical experts. The product we sell here is our people, and if we aren't investing in keeping the best experts here we are going to start losing what makes SWCA great.
The overtime opportunities are quite competitive
the PTO / wellness leave
Our employee stock ownership plan.
The best part of the compensation package is the ESOP
Flexibility on work hours, location.
I feel salaries are lagging the actual economy, and do not seem right for my level of experience and responsibility. A raise of about 25% would do it.
During a lateral position move I was informed that I'd been at the bottom of the wage range for my original title, and my own supervisor revealed that when moving to the new title in a different department, that director and VP wanted to offer me MORE but supervisor refused. Result? Feel undervalued
Comparable rates to other companies for the same positions.
Not keeping up with competitive firms in similar roles, national average
My pay is below average for my skillset and experience in the industry and area. I would feel better if the company was better at allowing training and continuing education. This is often discouraged from a cost perspective from leadership and executive teams.
Different, interesting people with varied backgrounds.
they are very knowledgeable and they're willing to share that knowledge
Our team is hyper-intelligent and thoughtfully engaged.
They're all very friendly, helpful, and extremely competent.
Our team is supportive, hardworking, and welcoming. Our team is experienced and great mentors.
Participate more, show up to meetings, share knowledge, improve communication skills, mentor each other, be honest about work load.
The attitude of our leadership team
Our employee ownership model means i constantly feel an urge to want to show up regularly and be the best i can be for my coworkers and co-owners.
The people, right on up through senior leadership, are great to work with and even to talk with.
I find the culture and environment at SWCA to be very positive. I most appreciate the support from all departments in our individual growth and success.
The people care about their work, and are looking to grow. The company has a strong moral compass.
Better pay would boost morale.

The people I work with make work enjoyable every day.
I enjoy my job, my clients, and my coworkers.
Things are a little slow for me right now, but when I'm busy I get to do really engaging, interesting things
Lending my expertise to the broader team, learning new regulatory compliance changes, becoming cross-trained in different natural resource disciplines.
Pay us more money please
Morale on my team right now is low, and it is showing. Its taking a toll on everyone. More investment in the people will help reignite their passion and excitement for work. We also need to find ways to engage with eachother and rebuild our teamwork
