They're all very friendly, helpful, and extremely competent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people, right on up through senior leadership, are great to work with and even to talk with.
What makes you most happy at work?
Things are a little slow for me right now, but when I'm busy I get to do really engaging, interesting things
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're very accessible for this size of a company. They also listen and share their own opinions with all levels of staff.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel salaries are lagging the actual economy, and do not seem right for my level of experience and responsibility. A raise of about 25% would do it.
