Background check never came back , they push my training class to another position with less pay , the recruiter manager text me saying lack of response they drop me from the class and I can re-apply within 90 days like I fill out all my hire paperwork everything. Very unorganized company,

Care about your new hire , how you start off is important, follow ups when theres a problem take ownership don't run from problems
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, when you have training class and there's a deadline with the background checks not coming in follow up take ownership, dont say its a 3rd party nothing can be done . Dont make new hires feel worthless. Problem solving skills is a must !
