I am a team lead and our training there was nonexistent compared to other companies. My pay has never been right. One of our senior leads literally just started and was never even an agent lol

more training, better pay, bonuses and insurance

They are hiring anyone who applies and hoping some stick.

we work virtually so we dont really interact and when we do the higher ups get mad
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get paid far less than other team leads in the same industry and benefits are expensive and cover nothing
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Probably everything if i am being honest. I am a team lead and the higher ups are either micro managers or dont care
