The benefits are pretty expensive and the pay isn't great. We get yelled at from people all day long that do not follow the rules. There are some amazing people and working from home is great, but the pay is very sub par. 12 an hr or what your state min is.

The leadership I directly deal with are amazing. They really are caring people. Everyone truly wants the best for each other, and it's amazing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For working for a company providing FSA, HSA, HRA information to customers, the benefits the employees are offered are not good if at all existent. I feel the immediate from line leaders do all they can. Being offered HRA benefits we offer other companies would go a long way.
