The benefits and pay are horrific there are so many jobs just like this where the pay is better and the material is a lot easier.

It was actually very easy and well designed.

Some people and team leads.

The days off are absurd and some of the bosses seem angry 99% of the time so they take it out on you.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some of the people are great but the people managing them are kinda absurd. They use the word family so it's a known red flag.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They give no benefits to normal employees and also 2 weeks to get a day off which is now becoming a standard which is insane.
