It's grueling, unrewarded work with being outsourced by the company as a lot of roles are just continuous back-to-back phone calls with no time to breathe. You get no time to loosen up and readjust, yet they expected you to simply make it work with two 10-min breaks and a 30-min lunch. How pathetic.

My coworkers were fine. But there was no room for teamwork when it's each person on their own with a customer from start to end of shift.
